Everything people ask before they book a haul in Regina. Still stuck on which service you need? Just ask us — same-day reply.
Yep. Sole proprietorship registered in Saskatchewan, SGI commercial vehicle coverage, and a current Class 5 licence. If a friend-with-a-truck can't say the same — that's the difference.
Me. Every time. No dispatch roulette, no subcontractors, no "my cousin's gonna grab this one." One truck, one operator, one person you can text if anything comes up.
Same-day is usually doable if you book before noon. Otherwise pick any slot in the next 7 days on the booking form and it's locked in. No "we'll get back to you" — you see your time the second you book.
Nope — dump runs are a flat rate with the landfill fees included, no separate line item. A standard load is up to about a half-ton; if you've got way more than that, I'll flag it and quote the extra before hauling — never after.
Happens. The truck holds about a half-ton comfortably with regular bed size. If what you've got won't fit in one run, we'll either do a second trip at a discounted rate or I'll quote you on the spot before we keep going. No surprise charges.
Pro tip: drop a couple photos when you book — I can flag it before I even show up.
Hazardous stuff — paint, solvents, propane tanks, car batteries, asbestos, anything with freon (fridges, AC units). Also no tires at the landfill. If you're not sure, just ask before booking.
Three options: card (secure hosted checkout — your details never touch this site), Interac e-Transfer, or cash on the job. Pay when I get there once everything is loaded on the truck.
I'll do the heavy lifting myself, but I may need a hand to move big stuff like a mattress or bed unless you book a helper for +$40/hr.
Life happens. Cancel or move your booking up to 2 hours before your slot, no charge. Later than that and the deposit covers my time. Just text or email — don't ghost me.
Tell us what you've got and we'll sort it — same day, no pressure.
